Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways. River or stream flows are elevated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 943 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is already occurring in the advisory area. Between 1 and 8 inches of rain have fallen.
