At 1130 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 7 miles south of Beverly to near Rio Grande.
Movement was east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Parkersburg, Marietta, Belpre, Point Pleasant, St. Marys, Pomeroy, Oak Hill, Rio Grande, Racine, Coolville, Rutland, Forked Run State Park, Vienna, Williamstown, New Haven, Mason, Belmont, Mineralwells, Washington, and Tuppers Plains.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 167 and 186.
Route 50 in West Virginia between mile markers 1 and 16.
