At 224 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.

Morgantown, Westover, Kingwood, Star City, Granville, Brookhaven, Reedsville, Masontown, Albright, Brandonville, Bruceton Mills, Cheat Lake, Browns Chapel, Gladesville, Laurel Run, Valley Point, Booth, Osage and Clifton Mills.
Significant flooding was reported near Westover and Granville.
