Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...
A portion of central North Carolina, including the following counties, Davidson and Forsyth.

* WHEN...
Until midnight EDT.

Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

- At 1057 PM EDT, The widespread area heavy rain has moved out of the advisory area. Lingering ponding and delayed rises on rivers and streams may still lead to minor flooding within in the advisory area through midnight. Between 0.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Winston-Salem, Lexington, Thomasville, Clemmons, Linwood, Lewisville, Denton, Welcome, Arcadia, Gordontown, High Rock Lake Marina & Campground, Sedge Garden and High Rock.
