The Flood Advisory will expire at 430 AM EDT early this morning for a portion of west central Virginia, including the following county and independent cities, City of Roanoke, City of Salem and Roanoke.
Flood waters have receded. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
