Portions of east central Ohio, western Pennsylvania, and northern West Virginia.

Until 11 AM EST this morning.

* IMPACTS...
Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
Some pockets of freezing fog will also be possible trough early morning in the colder locations. This could result in a light glaze of ice, mainly on elevated surfaces. A few slick spots on roads are also possible.
