At 1149 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8 miles northwest of Bruce, or 8 miles north of Farmville, moving southwest at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.
Locations impacted include...
Farmville, Bruce, Fountain, Bull Head VFD, Walstonburg, and Falkland.
