Flooding of the East River, as well as along creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations feeding into the river, is imminent. All rivers and streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1134 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in the warned area due to thunderstorms earlier this morning.
Flooding is expected during early afternoon.
