* At 1156 AM EDT, the public reported heavy rain and flooded roads in the Mountain Park area. Between 6 and 10 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 0.25 to 1 inch in 1 hour.
Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.
