The Flood Warning will expire at 230 PM EDT this afternoon for portions of southeast Ohio, including the following counties, Gallia, Jackson and Meigs and West Virginia, including the following counties, Jackson and Mason.
Flood waters have receded. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
