Portions of North Carolina, including the following counties, Caswell, Rockingham, Stokes, Surry and Yadkin and Virginia, including the following counties and independent cities, Carroll, Charlotte, City of Danville, City of Martinsville, Halifax, Henry, Patrick and Pittsylvania.

* WHEN...
Until 315 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...
Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Overflowing poor drainage areas. River or stream flows are elevated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 106 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated portions of the area between Yanceyville to Danville and points east into southern Halifax County can expect rainfall rates up to one to three inches per hour through 200 AM EDT. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
