At 517 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 7 miles north of Badin Lake to 6 miles west of Troy to near Ansonville to near Wadesboro. Movement was east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Albemarle, Wadesboro, Troy, Badin Lake, Biscoe, Ansonville, Seagrove, Polkton, Norwood, and Badin.
