Freezing rain expected. Total ice accumulations around a light glaze, especially at higher elevations.

Portions of southwest and west central Virginia.

* WHEN...
Until 7 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...
Elevated surfaces may become coated with a light glaze.
Ice may also form on sidewalks and untreated roads and bridges, making them slippery.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
Rain and freezing rain continues for parts of southwest Virginia this afternoon. The higher elevations will have the greatest chance for seeing icing. Freezing rain will change to plain rain as temperatures rise into the mid to upper 30s this afternoon.
