* WHAT...
Small stream flooding caused by rain and snowmelt continues.

* WHERE...
A portion of southeast West Virginia, including the following county, Greenbrier.

* WHEN...
Until 700 AM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...
Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. Streams may continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Expect areas of slow moving or standing water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 915 PM EST, The combination of rain and snowmelt is causing flooding. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain fell across this region during the past couple of days. Flooding is ongoing along the Meadow River near Hines and is expected to continue into the afternoon hours. At 800 PM EST, the Meadows River at Hines had reached 15.28 feeet. Flood stage is 14.0 feet. The river has crested, and will start to recede overnight. Sewell Creek in Rainelle has receded, but is still just below flood stage of 14.0 feet.
- This includes the following streams and drainages...
Boggs Creek, Sewell Creek, Meadow River, Big Clear Creek and Mill Creek.
Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Rainelle and Rupert.
