In Pennsylvania, Higher Elevations of Fayette and Higher Elevations of Westmoreland Counties. In West Virginia, Eastern Preston, Eastern Tucker, and Western Tucker Counties.

From 5 PM this afternoon to 5 PM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...
Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday evening and Tuesday morning commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
