Flood Advisory issued May 27 at 5:54PM EDT until May 27 at 6:00PM EDT by NWS Greenville-Spartanburg SC
The Flood Advisory will expire at 6 PM EDT this evening for a portion of western North Carolina, including the following area, Caldwell.
The headwaters of the Yadkin River were not located in the area of heaviest rainfall and the threat for flooding has ended there.
However, a Flash Flood Warning remains in effect for Buffalo Creek.
Please heed all barricades and stay away from rapidly flowing streams.
