Localized areas of black ice are possible for the next few hours where temperatures remain at or just below freezing in sheltered river valleys. Cold residual surfaces and light precipitation have resulted in slick travel. Use caution if traveling over the next two hours, especially on bridges and overpasses.
Temperatures will continue to warm through the morning and the threat for black ice will end.
