Portions of central, northern, and northwest Virginia.

* WHEN...
For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 4 AM Saturday to 10 AM EST Sunday. For the Wind Advisory, from 4 AM to 7 PM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...
Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The cold wind chills as low as 5 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
