The Flood Warning will expire at 9 PM EDT this evening for portions of southeast Ohio, including the following counties, Meigs and Vinton and western West Virginia, including the following county, Mason.
Flood waters have receded and flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed any remaining road closures.
