At 443 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Seagrove to near Troy to 10 miles east of Ansonville to 6 miles northeast of Wadesboro to 6 miles southeast of Sturdivants, moving east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail.

IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.
Locations impacted include...
Rockingham, Wadesboro, Troy, Pinehurst, Hamlet, Biscoe, Ansonville, Hoffman, Seagrove, and Polkton.
This includes Interstate 73 between Mile Markers 26 and 67.
