At 616 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 10 miles northeast of Southern Pines to near Pope AFB to Fayetteville. Movement was northeast at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Fayetteville, Fort Bragg, Godwin, Pope AFB, Spring Lake, Erwin, Eastover, Vass, Wade, and Falcon.
