Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...
A portion of central North Carolina, including the following counties, Davidson, Forsyth and Guilford.

* WHEN...
Until 315 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...
Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Rises in small creeks and streams. Stream flows are elevated, particularly Brush Creek. Minor flooding of Brush Creek at Muirfield Dr., including adjacent golf areas, will likely result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 233 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point, Thomasville, Kernersville, Summerfield, Stokesdale, Walkertown, Jamestown, Colfax, Oak Hollow Marina, Sedge Garden, Lake Brandt, Belews Lake, Lake Jeanette Marina, Lake Townsend, Welcome and Lake Townsend Marina.
