* WHAT...
Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...
Portions of southwest Virginia, including the following county, Tazewell and southeast West Virginia, including the following counties, Greenbrier, Mercer, Monroe and Summers.

* WHEN...
Until 800 PM EST.

* IMPACTS...
Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 750 PM EST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated moderate to heavy rainfall has moved out of the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but little to no additional rainfall is expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Alleghany, Bluefield, Princeton, Richlands, Tazewell and Lewisburg.
