The Flood Warning will expire at 2 PM EST this afternoon for portions of northeast Kentucky, including the following counties, Carter and Greenup, southeast Ohio, including the following counties, Gallia and Lawrence, and West Virginia, including the following counties, Jackson, Mason and Roane.
The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
