An Amber Alert has been issued by the Columbus Police Department statewide.
The incident took place in Franklin County, OH on S Huron Ave in the city of Columbus 43204.

The child's name is Makenzie Hall and the individual is missing. The child is a White female, age 13, is 507 tall, weighs 115, and has brown hair and hazel eyes. Last seen wearing dark grey hoodie, white shoes, pink backpack

The suspect's name is Shane Steven Smith. The suspect is a White male, age 48, is 511 tall, weighs 200, and has brown hair and green eyes.

The vehicle involved is a white 2004 Ford Ranger with OH plate number HRW1901.
