Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

The following counties, in south central Ohio, Adams and Scioto. In southwest Ohio, Brown and Clermont.

* WHEN...
Until 630 AM EST.

* IMPACTS...
Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Some low-water crossings may become impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 124 AM EST, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible.
- Some locations that may experience flooding include...
Georgetown, West Union, Bethel, New Richmond, Peebles, Winchester, Seaman, Felicity, Neville, Decatur, Russellville, Hamersville, Moscow, Rarden, Cherry Fork, Otway, State Route 32 at US Route 62, Dunkinsville and Lake Waynoka.
