* WHEN...
For the Wind Advisory, from 8 AM Monday to midnight EST Monday Night. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 9 PM Monday to noon EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...
Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
