Streams continue to run very high due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.

- At 447 PM EDT, stream gauge reports indicated high water due to runoff from earlier heavy rainfall. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
High Point, Lexington, Thomasville, Welcome and High Rock Lake.
