Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 218 PM EDT, The automated gage on the Little Tygart Creek in Mineral Wells was in minor flood and slowly falling with a reading of 12 feet. At a stage of 12 feet, Irene Lane and low spots on the golf course in Mineral Wells flood.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Parkersburg and Mineralwells.
- This includes the following highways...
Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 167 and 174.
Route 50 in West Virginia near mile marker 9.
