For the Cold Weather Advisory, until 10 AM EST Sunday. For the Wind Advisory, until 7 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...
Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
Wind chills are expected to remain below zero through late Sunday morning. Being outdoors for a prolonged period of time will be life-threatening.
