Portions of southeast Ohio, including the following counties, Gallia, Jackson and Lawrence and western West Virginia, including the following counties, Cabell and Mason. * WHEN... Until 245 PM EDT. * IMPACTS... Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1143 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Another round of heavy rain is moving into the warned area, which will lead to further rises on area creeks and streams. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
