At 630 PM EST, an area of heavy snow was located along a line extending from 10 miles east of Butler to Ambridge to near Weirton.
Movement was northeast at 45 mph.

Pittsburgh, Ross Township, McCandless Township, Cranberry, Moon Township, Weirton, Steubenville, Butler, Franklin Park, East Liverpool, Aliquippa, and Beaver Falls.
This includes the following highways...
Pennsylvania Turnpike between mile markers 10 and 46.
Interstate 79 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 60 and 105.
Interstate 80 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 33 and 94.
Parkway North between mile markers 4 and 13.
Interstate 376 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 26 and 62.
Icy roads are possible as the snow melts on the roads then quickly refreezes.
