A portion of southeast West Virginia, including the following counties, Mercer and Summers. * WHEN... Until 715 PM EDT. * IMPACTS... Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 545 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated the heavy rain which prompted the advisory has exited the area. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area as water from the earlier heavy rain collects in streams and other low-lying areas. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Dry Fork, Ovenlick Creek, Bluestone River, Roundbottom Creek, Indian Branch, New River, Stony Run, Little Island Creek, Brush Creek, Tracy Fork, Island Creek, Lick Creek and Hackett Creek. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
