Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...
Portions of northeast and northern West Virginia, including the following counties, in northeast West Virginia, northwestern Preston. In northern West Virginia, southeastern Marion and eastern Monongalia.

* WHEN...
Until 1030 PM EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...
Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 427 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in the warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
- This replaces the flash flood warning that was in effect.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Morgantown, Westover, Kingwood, Star City, Granville, Brookhaven, Reedsville, Masontown, Albright, Brandonville, Bruceton Mills, Cheat Lake, Browns Chapel, Gladesville, Laurel Run, Valley Point, Booth, Osage and Clifton Mills.
