At 337 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms near Pope AAF, or 8 miles northwest of Fort Bragg.
These storms were nearly stationary.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Fort Bragg, Pope AAF, Spring Lake, Vass, Pineview, Anderson Creek, and Timberlake.
