- At 1049 AM EDT, Several roads remain flooded in the the area.
Flooding of creeks and low-lying areas continues across the warned area. This included Little Tygart Creek in Mineral Wells where the automated gage was slowly cresting in minor flood.

Forked Run State Park, Ravenswood, Sandyville, Lubeck, Mineralwells, Rockport, Belleville, Reedsville, Portland, and Peewee.
