Portions of central, south central, and west central Virginia.

Until noon EST today.

* IMPACTS...
Power outages and tree damage are possible from the icing. The hazardous conditions could impact travel this morning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
No additional snow is expected. The snow which fell yesterday will continue to promote hazardous driving conditions, mainly north of the Roanoke River where several inches occurred. Untreated roads will be icy.
