Until 515 PM EDT.

Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 210 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already occurring in the advisory area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen.

Finney Branch, Big Chestnut Creek, Dillons Mill Branch, Coles Creek, Dinner Creek, Beaver Creek, Doe Run and Blackwater River.
