As precipitation moves in from the west tonight, temperatures will be hovering near or just below freezing. Precipitation is expected to be light, but may be in the form of spotty light freezing rain or sleet early Tuesday morning. Temperatures should rise above freezing areawide by 8 AM, but until then motorists should be mindful of patchy slick spots especially on elevated surfaces such as bridges and overpasses.
