At 1103 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a thunderstorm with torrential rainfall 8 miles northwest of Lenoir, or 7 miles northwest of Gamewell, moving north at 5 mph.
Locations to be impacted include...
Lenoir, Gamewell, Edgemont, Globe, Collettsville, Patterson and Upton.
Very heavy rainfall rates up to 2 inches per hour will be possible in these areas.
