Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

- At 455 PM EDT, trained weather spotters reported ongoing minor flooding from heavy rain in the advisory area. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
