Butler County in west central Pennsylvania... South Central Clarion County in west central Pennsylvania... Eastern Beaver County in western Pennsylvania... Southeastern Lawrence County in western Pennsylvania... Brooke County in northern West Virginia... Ohio County in northern West Virginia... * Until 415 PM EDT. * At 310 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from 7 miles north of Zelienople to near West Liberty, or along a line from 11 miles west of Butler to near Clearview, moving east at 30 mph.
