At 200 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a thunderstorm with torrential rainfall 9 miles northeast of Indian Land, or near Stallings, moving east at 20 mph.
Locations to be impacted include...
Monroe, South Charlotte, Matthews, Mint Hill, Indian Trail, Weddington, Stallings, Unionville, Pineville, and Wesley Chapel.
Very heavy rainfall rates up to 2 inches per hour will be possible in these areas.
