Until 415 PM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...
It will take several hours for all the water from earlier overnight excessive rainfall to work through local drainage systems in urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 819 AM EDT, Minor flooding continues along the East River at Willowton or near Glen Lyn. At 800 AM EDT, the East River at Willowton was at the flood stage of 9.0 feet and slowly falling. The river is expected to fall below flood stage this morning.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Glen Lyn and Willowton.
