For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind chills as low as 15 below. For the first Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 11 below expected. For the second Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 14 below expected.

* WHERE...
Southeast Fayette, Southeast Nicholas, and Southeast Raleigh Counties.

* WHEN...
For the Extreme Cold Warning, until 4 PM EST this afternoon. For the first Cold Weather Advisory, from 7 PM this evening to 9 AM EST Tuesday. For the second Cold Weather Advisory, from 7 PM Tuesday to noon EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...
The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures.
