At 14.0 feet, Flooding affects the pumping station for the water treatment plant.
At 16.0 feet, Approximately 10 acres are flooded, including at the ballpark.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:00 PM EST Friday the stage was 12.5 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 14.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 15.0 feet tomorrow morning.
It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon.
