Northwest Randolph, Northwest Webster, Barbour, Upshur, Northwest Fayette, Northwest Nicholas, and Northwest Raleigh Counties.

* WHEN...
For the first Cold Weather Advisory, until 11 AM EST Tuesday. For the second Cold Weather Advisory, from 1 AM to 9 AM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...
The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
