Two rounds of snow are expected. Light snow this morning.
Then the second round from Sunday night through Monday. Total snow accumulations from both rounds from 1 to 4 inches above 2500 feet.
Isolated amounts between 4 to 6 inches across the highest peaks and ridges. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. Single digit to near zero wind chills expected at times.

Russell, Washington VA, and Wise Counties.

* WHEN...
Until midnight EST Monday Night.

* IMPACTS...
Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.
