Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...
Portions of southwest Virginia, including the following area, Tazewell and southeast West Virginia, including the following areas, Eastern Greenbrier, Mercer, Monroe, Summers and Western Greenbrier.

* WHEN...
From Saturday morning through Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS...
Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Potentially heavy rainfall of one to two inches falling on existing snowpack could result in rapid melting of the snowpack. The rapidly melting snowpack combined with new additional rainfall will likely result in rises on rivers and streams.
