Portions of Bland, Giles, and Tazewell counties in southwest Virginia and portions of Mercer, Monroe, and Summers counties in southeast West Virginia.

Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas along with water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 815 PM EDT, emergency management reported minor flooding in portions of Mercer County due to heavy rain from thunderstorms. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- This includes the following streams and drainages...
Back Creek, Blue Lick Creek, Adair Run, Big Spring Branch, Beaver Branch, Big Branch, Bluestone River, and Blacklick Creek.
Additional rainfall amounts of up to one inch are expected over the area.
